Donation Request

The Eagan Football Booster Club is dedicated to building a strong and connected Eagan Wildcat community. In that spirit, we proudly support charitable organizations that serve and uplift the Eagan High School community.

If your organization is seeking support, we invite you to complete and submit the donation request form.

Timeline

Submit Donations: March - December

• Clubs and Organizations can submit donation request for the following year anytime between March - December with the deadline for requests of Dec 31

• All requests and amounts should not be considered approved until they are reviewed and approved by the executive committee 

Reviewed/Approved: January

• The executive committee reviews and approvals all donation requests submitted by the deadline during its January budget meeting

Donations Paid: February/March

• For all donations that are approved, payments to be sent out during the February/March time frame
