SPARQ is a "zero hour" class that is a before school weight room session that is worth one Phy-Ed credit! Registration is through CAMPUS when selecting classes for the next grade. This allows our players to get their lifting in along with some football meeting/classroom work - before school. In addition to helping our players continue to get BIGGER-FASTER-STRONGER, another benefit of SPARQ is . . . practice should end earlier after school which gives our players more time in the evening.
The class will start at 6:40AM three days a week and will be done in time to give your player(s) enough time to shower, eat, and get to 2nd period. The other 2 days a week your player(s) doesn't have to be at school until the start of 2nd period
The expectation is for all players to sign-up for the FALL session of SPARQ unless you have a major scheduling conflict with a required class.
